**Position Summary**:
The overall purpose of the role EHS Administrator/Coordinator is to provide day to day support on H&S administrative functions, to review/update key EHS policies and procedures, and to maintain our EHS Digital Platform. This individual will play an integral role in ensuring we achieve superior performance in health and safety

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the creation, review, and updating of EHS manuals, forms training materials, programs, etc
- EHS administrative duties, reporting, and tracking as requested
- Conduct site inspections
- Assist with the development and launch of training programs and related materials
- Active participation in team EHS meetings; support with meeting minutes and development of action items
- Active participation in developing and implementing Applied EHS training programs
- Assist in identifying preferred vendors and products for safety related training
- Production of safety statistics and EHS metrics to support the evolution and commitment of the program across the operations
- Assist in maintaining and updating reporting sites such as ISNetworld, Avetta, and ComplyWorks
- Drive culture change and adaptation of the EHS Program
- Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the position
- Other EHS projects as required

**Education & Experience**:

- Completion of a recognized OHS certificate / diploma program.
- Exposure to and knowledge of provincial and federal regulatory requirements.
- Strong ability to influence and lead associates, operations support, administrative support and leadership staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with very systematic approach and analytical mentality.
- Strength in document control and ability to be independently organized utilizing Microsoft 365
- Completion of Standard First Aid - Level C CPR an asset
- Independent thinker, self-motivated, high ethical and moral standards, team focused
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to drive to and from Applied locations
