Consisting of two key brands - FASTEN Packaging and Orchard Custom Beauty - IBG helps businesses create quality beauty products. From concept and design to getting products on shelves and online, we can support retailers, brands, and wholesalers with everything they need to get ready for retail.
Reporting directly to the Director, Supply Chain and Logistics, you will further strengthen and contribute to the success of the Supply Chain organization within IBG and its subsidiaries.
**IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL**:
- Manage and identify relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Optimize costs through negotiation with vendors, supplier contracts and reducing transportation expenses
- Liaise with Finance to provide monthly sales forecasts to ensure deliveries are on time, as planned
- Manage planning and supply for export products
- Coordination of US Customs activities
- Monthly reconciliation of on-hand and in-transit inventories
**ABOUT YOU**:
- You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, or a related field
- 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management
- You have a minimum of 5-7 years of progressively advancing leadership experience
- Previous experience working in a large-scale, high-volume enterprise level organization
- Previous experience with Warehouse Management and complimentary technologies i.e. NetSuite
- You have experience with data and analytics and know how to implement decisions based on data
