Corelife is known for utilizing innovative, research-based technology to assist with pelvic floor rehabilitation. We are located right next to the hospital in beautiful Oakville, ON. **Responsibilities**: - Conduct/organize community outreach activities/endeavors to promote pelvic health awareness and our clinic services. - Conduct "outreach days" to visit community partners and drop off resources for referring providers in our area. - Build and flourish relationships with other providers and healthcare clinics in our area. - Assist with subsequent appointments for clients throughout their treatment plans. - Assist in sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments. - Design and create informative marketing materials to support outreach initiatives. - Support the Clinic Director in various administrative tasks. - Support with the day-to-day upkeep of running our office. - Utilize Jane app and HubSpot to manage client information and appointments efficiently. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred. - Prior experience in community outreach, sales, or marketing roles is highly desirable. - Ability to assist patients with technology setup for treatments - Proficiency in using Jane app, HubSpot, or similar CRM and marketing tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - A proactive and resourceful attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Passion for promoting health and wellness, with a genuine interest in pelvic health and related issues. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. **Job Type**: Part-time Contract length: 12 months Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 16 per week **Benefits**: - On-site parking - Store discount Schedule: - Day shift - Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: - Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
