**Red Seal Carpenter / Foreman - PHS Renovations (Winnipeg, MB)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Measure, cut, and assemble materials to construct walls, floors, ceilings, cabinets, and more
- Install windows, doors, cabinets, and stairs
- Inspect and repair structures and finishes
- Operate and maintain tools and machinery safely
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Lead and supervise a team of carpenters on-site
- Manage subcontractors and communicate with clients to meet project requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Red Seal or Level 4 Carpenter Certification **or equivalent experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in residential construction (preferred)
- Proficiency with carpentry tools, techniques, and safety standards
- Ability to read technical documents, blueprints, and project specifications
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate your team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (truck preferred)
- Bonus: experience as a tiler is considered an asset

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
