**Residential Construction Project Coordinator - Pluspuu Homes**

**Position Overview**:
You must have recent residential construction experience. ICI experience is not considered relevant for this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients, architects, site supervisors and engineers to finalize project plans and specifications.
- Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Ensure adherence to all construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- **Construction Oversight**:

- Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Schedule inspections and manage quality control throughout the construction process.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
- **Vendor and Material Management**:

- Procure materials and ensure timely delivery to meet project milestones.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality resources.
- **Client Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of contracts, permits, schedules, and expenses.
- Prepare project reports and documentation for stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a project coordinator, manager, or similar role in residential construction.
- Preferred experience in **modular home construction** and/or **log home construction.**
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, ideally Smart Sheet and Bluebeam
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client and team relationships.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings/take-offs (Bluebeam)
- Familiarity with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with unique residential construction systems such as modular or log homes.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly building practices and sustainable materials.
- A degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
