Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Financial Services Manager for a **temporary** vacation coverage position we will have for one week from November 12, 2025, to November 18, 2025. This temporary position is perfect for an experienced Finance Manager between jobs or who has stepped away from the role but is looking to pick up a few hours.
What the job entails:
You will be responsible for offering and obtaining vehicle financing, selling insurance, aftermarket products, extended warranties and accessories to our customers. You will thoroughly disclose all financial and product information pertaining to the customer’s agreement, receive and receipt customer deposits and partial payments. You will search for vehicle liens on vehicles being traded in by customers. You will organize and complete vehicle lien pay-outs for vehicles being traded in and accurately produce, print and package the necessary documents for vehicle delivery (i.e. bill of sale, conditional sales agreement, vehicle extended service plan, insurance verification form, life/disability certificate, vehicle protection certificates, waivers etc.). You will process financing and leasing deals accurately and secure approval and funding through financial sources.

Who should apply:
Automotive dealership experience is a minimum. Those with current Financial Services Management/Business Office experience should apply. Attention to detail and the ability to complete paperwork with accuracy is a minimum requirement along with strong sales ability. You should have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. The ability to communicate in English fluently (written and verbal) is mandatory. You need to have a current valid VSA Licence or the ability to obtain one. Please note that the dealership’s location is in the east Fraser Valley and that an in-person interview for this position is mandatory.
