**About the role**

As the Finance Manager of Wódr Thermal Spa, you will play a key role in shaping the financial foundation of an exciting and innovative startup. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring strong financial controls are in place. This role offers the unique opportunity to build and grow finance processes from the ground up in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You will provide strategic insights that influence business decisions, manage day-to-day financial operations, and help position Wódr Thermal Spa for long-term success.

**Annual Salary Range**: $90,000-140,000

**What you’ll be doing**
- Provide strategic and long-term financial planning support.
- Provide necessary assistance and professional advice to support senior leadership with their financial responsibilities.
- Serve as the focal point for complex financial queries, providing advice to stakeholders.
- Deliver competitor analysis, market trends, and associated commentary to the Leadership team.
- Inform decision-making and play a partner/challenger role in evaluating business plans and cases.
- Prepare business cases to support new investments, strategic decisions, and other business initiatives.
- Support the capital management of Wódr Thermal Spa, including obtaining financing, cash forecasting, etc.
- Working with operational teams through the planning and budgeting process to create operational plans with financial implications clearly communicated.
- Generating new insights from internal and external data to drive business results to new heights.
- Participate in risk management planning, monitoring, and reporting.
- Communicate results and recommendations to management for cost reduction, revenue generation, and operational streamlining.
- Leading or participating in value added ad hoc projects, including process improvements, implementation, and analysis of KPIs and implementation of technology solutions.

**What we’re looking for**
- 4+ years of experience in Financial Analyst or operational role.
- Business Degree with a strong knowledge and understanding of accounting and finance principles.
- CPA Preferred.
- Proficient in Excel.
