Front Desk Reception

**Busy Real Estate Front Desk is seeking Professional Customer Service individual and Team Player to join our Team.**
**Must be able to work 9-5 and 1-9.**
**Real Estate Front Desk Experience is an Asset.**
**Duties Includes**:
- Greet/direct all guests and clients
- Answer incoming calls
- Assist agents with photocopying, printing and scanning
- Take incoming cheques and make receipts
- Operate Broker Bay, Webforms and MLS
- Release cheques
- Book and confirm appointments
- Restock front desk supplies
- Restock paper in all office machines
- Disperse incoming faxes
- Sort mail for filing
- Tidy staff and agent kitchen
- Receiving incoming packages
- Answering all client inquiries
- Basic troubleshooting of printers, photocopiers and computers
**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- 1 year experience in customer service
- Excellent telephone manners
- Must be computer literate, able to use Microsoft Word
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, agents and co-workers
- Some University or College level education required
- Courteous, positive and service-oriented
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work well under pressure
- Adaptable in all situations
- Professional, Mature and reliable
- Work well with in a team setting and independently
- Attention to details
**Salary**: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
**Benefits**:

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
