**Duties and responsibilities**
- Accurate & timely Canadian payroll processing
- Analyzing transactions
- Complete ad hoc reports for various internal clients
- Other duties as required
**Qualifications**
- Knowledge and experience with Canadian Payroll is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a small team
- Post-secondary education in a related field, preferably a payroll designation
- Knowledge of Federal vs Provincial Payroll Laws including Quebec
- Computer skills specifically in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Pay works considered an asset
- Well developed communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
- Minimum of one year experience in a general office environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong Excel Skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
