**Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Job Tracking**:

- Monitor and track daily job activities, ensuring accurate recording of work completed.
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather necessary information for billing and payroll purposes.
- **Invoice Auditing**:

- Conduct thorough audits of invoices to verify accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or irregularities in billing documentation and address them promptly.
- **Error Tracking and Resolution**:

- Investigate and resolve billing and payroll errors in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders to rectify discrepancies and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- **Report Generation**:

- Compile detailed reports on billing and payroll activities, highlighting key findings and areas for improvement.
- Present reports to the Manager of Billing and Payroll Compliance to support decision-making processes.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with sales and billing teams to obtain necessary information for invoicing purposes.
- Coordinate with operational staff to streamline processes and address any billing or payroll-related issues.
- **Compliance Adherence**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards related to billing and payroll practices.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant regulations and implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in billing, payroll, or accounting roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of billing and payroll software systems.

Pay: $52,000.00 per year
