**About Us**

We are currently seeking a skilled **Production and Installation Specialist** to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:
As a **Production and Installation Specialist**, your key responsibilities will include:

- **Vinyl Graphic Installations**: Install vinyl graphics on various surfaces, including windows, walls, floors, vehicles, and more, ensuring precision and quality.
- **Equipment Operation**: Operate wide-format printing and cutting machines; assist in production and finishing tasks.
- **Troubleshooting**: Use strong mechanical knowledge to identify and resolve technical or operational issues with equipment during production or installation.
- **Client Site Work**: Use a company vehicle to travel to client locations for installations and occasional deliveries.
- **Flexible Hours**: Be available for installations outside standard business hours, including evenings and overnight shifts.
- **Safety Compliance**: Work at heights and operate lifts as needed, adhering to all safety protocols.
- **Team Collaboration**: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflows and address any challenges promptly.

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- **Driver’s License**: Full Ontario G driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract (required for using the company vehicle).
- **Experience**: Completion of the 3M Installers Course (or equivalent training) OR a minimum of 2 years of experience in vinyl graphic installation.
- **Safety Certifications**:

- Working at Heights certification.
- Valid lift license (or willingness to obtain these certifications before starting).
- **Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment and operational issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Proficiency with measuring tools and basic math skills.
- Handy and resourceful; a background in construction or carpentry is a strong asset.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours, including late evenings and overnight shifts, based on client requirements.

**Preferred**:

- Familiarity with wide-format printing and cutting machines (training provided).
- Basic computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:
