Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure the print-ready status of all orders submitted
- Pre-Flighting digital files (checking bleed, pixelation, dpi, color mode, etc.)
- Digital InPositioning (collecting) print-ready files to send to print.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Expert w/ MAC & PC, extensive knowledge on programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and QuarkX
- Working experience in an electronic pre-press environment (Prinect or/and Prinergy workflow)
- Color evaluation, color correcting using ICC profiles
- Digital output to digital press, proofing and plate devices
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts a plus
- Speed, attention to detail and accuracy are needed
- Must be reliable and willing to learn.
- Thorough eye for detail, and the initiative to take a project from concept to completion
- Good references
- Reliable and punctual work history
- An attitude to produce good quality product
- The ability to work well with others as a team player
- Willingness to put in the extra time and effort to do what it takes to keep the customer happy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Shift:

- Day shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

Work Location: In person
