We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the central hub of communication, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at juggling multiple tasks with precision and efficiency, this is the job for you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee all aspects of projects, from initial consultation to final delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, installation teams, and internal departments to ensure all project requirements are met.
- Write and manage project dockets, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Prioritize tasks and manage interruptions, maintaining focus and ensuring that all project milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinate with the installation team to schedule and oversee project installations.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, maintaining a solution-oriented approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the graphics, printing, or signage industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
