Job Description: As a manager of the screen print, DTF (direct to film) department

Strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of 6 people ensures print quality by all, including correct PMS colors, and the knowledge to know, which inks go best on which fabrics ensures on time delivery make recommendations for improving processes make recommendations for upgrading and new equipment knowledge of direct to film decoration, and heat transfers

As an operator;
- Operate screen printing machines to produce high-quality prints on various materials
- Mix and prepare inks according to color specifications
- Load and unload materials onto the printing press
- Adjust machine settings to ensure proper ink coverage and registration
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

- 10 years experience as a screen printer
- 5 years experience as a manager of people
- Strong knowledge and experience in screen printing techniques and processes
- Proficiency in using screen printing equipment and tools
- Familiarity with different types of inks, substrates, and materials used in screen printing
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent print quality
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the printing process
- Knowledge of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe After Effects
- Experience with 2D and 3D animation is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
