**Overview**
The Estimator Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the construction estimating process, ensuring that project estimates are accurate and comprehensive. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks while collaborating with various teams. The Estimator Coordinator will utilize industry-standard software and tools to support project management and facilitate negotiations with clients and vendors.

**Duties**
- Collaborate with project managers and estimators to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimates.
- Conduct thorough reviews of project plans and specifications to identify potential cost implications.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive bids.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and correspondence related to each project.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines in coordination with the project management team.
- Provide support during pre-bid meetings and assist in the preparation of bid packages.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of construction estimating principles and methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors.
- Ability to build effective relationships with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
- Strong analytical skills to assess costs accurately and efficiently.
- Project management experience is a plus, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
