In this hands-on, specialist role you will work alongside our trade partners during the final phases of construction to ensure the details that make a house a home are flawlessly executed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Expedite construction of Fusion Homes’ product to ensure industry-leading quality and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot problems and determine appropriate solutions, bringing forward to the GM, Construction or Finishing Manager
- Supervise Sub-Contractors to ensure repairs are corrected in an efficient manner while maintaining superior quality
- Prepare homes for pre-delivery inspections and post pre-delivery inspections

**About You**:

- High School Diploma, post-secondary education preferred
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on residential construction experience (e.g., residential finish carpentry)
- Posses the skills necessary to complete hands-on construction activities
- Introductory knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
