**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
- Perform construction estimating for project planning and budgeting purposes.
- Utilize CNC machinery for precise cutting and shaping of materials.
- Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project.
- Execute heavy lifting tasks as needed during construction processes.
- Conduct construction painting tasks to finish projects professionally.
- Lay tiles accurately as part of flooring or wall installations.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on-site to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and train junior carpenters, providing guidance on best practices and safety protocols.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with various power tools and carpentry equipment.
- Experience in restoration projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with carpentry work.
