Reporting to the Director, Global Logistics, Warehouse and Compliance the **Inventory Manager** will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels of finished goods across multiple locations. This role will leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to ensure efficient inventory management, accurate reporting, and strategic optimization of inventory locations. This role will be required to explore, research and recommend continuous improvement and new systems options within D365 and outside. This position will work cross functionally with HPS teams through individual excellence and collectively achieving organizational performance goals.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of finished goods to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory. Maintain system parameters. Data integrity. Separate data into New Product, In Life and EOL products and define how we manage each key area including, high/low performers, stock outs and impacts, slow moving or dead stock.
- Data Analysis: Utilize D365 to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. Provide measurements against established inventory metrics.
- Process Improvement and Compliance: Identify opportunities for process improvements within the inventory management system and implement best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management. Finalize and get sign off from key stakeholders for execution of plans.
- People Management: Collaborate in setting team objectives and establishing effective processes and methods for achieving them. Ensure the team meets assigned tasks and offer support to help achieve their goals. Foster the development of team members in line with Supply Chain objectives. Oversee performance management and facilitate professional development for the team.
- Location Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory locations, ensuring timely and cost-effective distribution of finished goods.
- Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, production, and sales teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts and production schedules. Act as key coordinator of internal cross functional meetings for forecast and inventory plans, and will maintain scheduled meetings, agenda, minutes, and monitor actions and timeliness of execution.

**Do you qualify? We are seeking**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in inventory management, preferably with experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Adept in using various tools (Excel, BI, Dynamics) to build out required reports/tools.
- Critical thinker, Data Driven, Analytical, and Solutions focused mindset.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Willingness to develop skillset through education in D365.
- Comfortable working as part of cross functional teams but also as an individual contributor.
