**Job Overview**:
The Safety Administrator will be working closely with the HSE Manager. They will provide administrative assistance and support, as well as assist with implementation of Health and Safety programs.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Timely and accurate capture, organization, and maintenance of required H&S documentation workflows.
- Data entry and maintenance of various H&S data base systems (ISN, Avetta, Comply Works, CQ Network, Contractor Check); training matrices, incident/injury trackers, SiteDocs apps, etc.
- Compile statistical information and create reports.
- Coordinate and communicate training schedule, support/deliver orientation sessions as appropriate.
- Record, document, and file meeting minutes/agendas for foreman safety meetings, general safety, and other meetings as per management requests.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of safety notifications, bulletins, and newsletters.
- Support COR audit activities as assigned.
- Support the Health and Safety team as needed including but not limited to field inspections, safety meeting and investigations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Health and Safety in general
- Competence with office administration is required
- University/College education preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with SiteDocs
- Familiar with COR is an asset
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Microsoft proficiency
- Clerical skills
- Data entry experience
- Phone etiquette
