PAGC - Public Safety Implementation Team - Feasibility Study Administration Assistant Support.
**Duties**:
- Is seeking a highly motivated, well-organized individual to provide comprehensive administration support.
- Administrative assistant to the Public Safety Implementation Advisor (PSIA).
- Possess strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint in creating visually pleasing documents. Experience in entering, seeking and updating information.
- Knowledge of MS teams and managing the PSIA, PSIT outlook calendar meetings/agenda.
- Development of an electrical filing system, financial and budgeting records for the PSIT and PSIA.
- Managing travel logistics and assisting with coordinating multi-stakeholder meetings.
- Regular contact and engaging in a professional team environment with stakeholder partnerships from the Provincial, Federal, Municipal, RCMP, PAGC Leadership and communities.
- Photocopying, responding to requests, mail, ship packages, answering and directing calls.
- Ensuring work areas are clean and organized.
- Assisting and assembling information as it comes in that are related to the reporting system.
- This position will involve travel throughout the PAGC communities for extended days.
- Assist the PSIA in capturing, collecting and compiling data from various sources including but not limited to meetings, engagement sessions, preparing presentations, briefing notes, reports, and correspondence.
- Set up meetings at preferred locations for community consultation in communities.
- Work and assist with Cottage 11 Education staff when working in the office.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position would be acquired through training in office administration, combined with administrative support experience.
- Two years administration support experience or equivalent, preferred.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of PAGC Communities.
- This position involves travel throughout the PAGC communities for extended days.
- Valid Class 5 Drivers license is required.
