We are currently seeking a **Commercial Building Superintendent** to join our team. This hands-on role involves maintaining and supporting multiple commercial properties across the GTA. If you’re a reliable, proactive individual who enjoys fixing things and ensuring buildings run smoothly, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Travel between commercial sites to perform regular inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building issues
- Monitor and check on mechanical equipment and systems (boilers, chillers, pumps, etc.)
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs
- Perform routine building checks, ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Respond to urgent maintenance calls and service requests in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, repairs, and services

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a building maintenance or superintendent role (commercial preferred)
- Strong understanding of building systems and general repair work
- Comfortable working independently and managing a schedule across multiple properties
- Valid **G Driver’s License** with a **clean driving record**:

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor conditions
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
