Generations Cleaning is a growing company that services a wide range of commercial customers such as; Large Retail Stores, Condominiums, Co-Op's, Apartment Buildings, Offices, Medical Facilities, Industrial, Manufacturing.
We are looking for a **Full Time Live-Out Building Superintendent** for a beautiful condo in Toronto. This position is plays a key role at one of our servicing locations. Our team is looking for an individual who has a positive attitude, friendly demeanor and who is hard-working. This team member will work with Property managers, contractors, cleaners and other staff at the condominium.
**Schedule**: Monday-Friday
**Time**: 8:00am-4:00pm
**Wage**: $23-$25 per hour
**On-calls required**
**Job Duties**:
- Perform all routine aspects of building maintenance and tenant relations.
- Inspecting hallways
- Changing lightbulbs
- Picking up any litter interior and exterior
- Cleaning and maintaining garbage room
- Taking out recycling bins
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years previous experience as a Superintendent
- Must have knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS).
- Proficient with Sprinkler room (dry and wet system), boiler room (electrical), HVAC (Glycol system, chiller system) generator room, elevator room, pool room, main electrical room, fire panel, sump pumps, compactor room, etc.
We need someone who has experience with working as a team and independently, problem solving, quick response to emergencies, meets deadlines and is self-directed, self-sufficient and motivated.
