Office Administrator

**Duties**
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Send, update and design service packages and discounts for 2025 customers
- Track technicians and map out their scheduled home appointments
- Have thorough knowledge on mapping in Toronto and the GTA
- Be motivated to learn about landscape sprinkler systems
- Continuously follow up with payments
- Deal professionally with businesses and homeowners
- Invoice, bill customers with great accuracy and attention to detail
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance to ensure high performance.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial management tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide clerical support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and team management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position.
- Strong communication skills, respectful and takes accountability
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Knowledge of mapping and some familiarity with sprinkler systems or landscaping
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 8 months
Pay: $16.55-$22.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
