**Position Description**

The Office Administrator will be the first point of contact for matters related to the administration, including assisting in managing incoming inquiries and other day to day operations. The Office Administrator interacts and maintains strong effective communication with employees within all levels of Safeline Group of Companies as well as various organizations.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**
- Operate a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department in a courteous and professional manner
- Collect and Distribute mail/faxes
- Acquire knowledge about the business, in order to be able to respond to inquiries for general information
- Answer customer inquiries and/or direct customers appropriately
- Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area, office, and training rooms
- Perform various clerical and administrative duties as requested
- Develop and maintain an organized filing system
- Preparing, formatting, and proof-reading documents such as memos, and data analysis
- Assist with any special projects as required
- Purchasing office supplies
- Maintaining office inventory

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years experience in similar role
- Exercises a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Valid Class G Driver’s License
- Reliable vehicle is a must

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
