If so, we want **YOU** to take the reins as our **Digital Marketing Manager** and help us dominate the digital landscape

In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of marketing innovation—leading our in-house, remote, and external teams, integrating cutting-edge tools, and crafting high-performance strategies that drive results. You'll oversee everything from SEO and PPC to content and project management, ensuring our campaigns are optimized, engaging, and delivering top-tier ROI. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best external talent in the industry to take our marketing game to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Digital Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive online marketing and growth strategy, aligned with revenue and brand objectives. Identify opportunities for new digital initiatives, marketing channels, and automation tools to scale lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Website Management & Optimization: - Oversee the performance, stability, and user experience of all company websites, ensuring high uptime, SEO optimization, and fast load times. Coordinate regular audits and updates with developers to ensure all web assets are current, secure, and high-performing.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and manage our marketing team including in house, remote and external resources.
- AI Integration: Take the lead in integrating AI technologies into our marketing strategies, utilizing AI-driven insights to optimize SEO, PPC, and SEM efforts for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- Outsourcing Excellence: Identify and manage top-tier external resources for SEO and PPC projects, ensuring we collaborate with the best talent and tools available.
- Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality across all campaigns, while effectively managing budgets and resources.
- SEO, PPC and Analytics Strategies & Development: Drive organic and paid traffic growth through data-driven SEO, PPC, and SEM strategies. Lead and manage external experts to execute advanced keyword targeting, content planning, and campaign optimization. Analyze and report on KPIs and performance metrics with recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Content & Brand Alignment: Supervise the development of engaging content for our blog, newsletters, and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with SEO and marketing goals.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field from a US or Canadian institution.
- 5+ years of experience in online marketing, with a strong focus on SEO, PPC, and team management.
- Proven success managing SEO and PPC campaigns and driving measurable ROI.
- Proven ability to effectively outsource and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful marketing initiatives on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of website architecture, CMS platforms, and performance optimization best practices
- Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz) and digital marketing platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset, complemented by strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in reporting on KPI’s
