A: Responsibilities

Basic Responsibilities:
① Bookkeeping: Record and classify all transactions of the company to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the financial records.

② Collection: Verify all payments.

③ Payment: A. Verify payment for goods and track until receipt; B. Classify fixed expenses and make timely and accurate payments each month; C. Verify payroll.

④ Preparation of financial statements: A. Balance sheet; B. Income statement; C. Cash flow statement; D. Provide other financial information to management.

Intermediate Responsibilities:
⑤ Preparation of performance bonus table: Prepare gross profit margin.

⑥ Tax management: Timely and accurate tax payment in accordance with Canadian tax laws, and ensure compliance with tax requirements.

⑦ Financial analysis.

B: Required Qualifications:
①Undergraduate degree or Diploma in Accounting/Finance/Business/Bookkeeping or related

②Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role

③Experience with QuickBooks Online, familiarity with full cycle bookkeeping

④Strong Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (needed for research and review)

⑤Familiarity with CRA requirements and filings (HST, PST, QST, and other provincial tax filings)

⑥Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin.

C: Benefits

①Two weeks paid vacation in the first three years of employment, three weeks paid vacation for the fourth year, and four weeks paid vacation for the six-year.

②Dental and other Group Benefits plan to start in the second year.

③Salary: negotiable

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
