**Description**

As a General Manager you will oversee and manage the daily operations of the restaurant with a focus on customer service and employee satisfaction.

We are looking for someone ideally with immediate recent experience operating a high volume quick-serve restaurant and/or bakery with an extremely high level of customer interaction and hands-on operations & vendor management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-3 years of previous restaurant experience or in similar role, preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field, preferred
- Proven Leadership Skills of Large Teams of 30+
- Inventory Management and ordering
- Group communications and basic task management apps
- Microsoft Suite and/or Google Apps, with emphasis on most common spreadsheet functions
- Strong understanding of business management, financial, and leadership principles.
- Time and project management skills.
- Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members.
- ServeSafe or equivalent
- Valid driver's license

**Management Responsibilities**:

- The General Manager will need to be consistently focusing on improving team member engagement by having a successful team and utilize direct coaching tools.
- Plan and execute all operational aspects of the store in a way that enables the achievement of key outcomes (specific outcomes to be shared)
- Establish a strong culture of excellence that prioritizes cookie quality, customer service, and sales performance while also supporting personal growth and opportunity for all team members
- Coordinate regularly with our Business Manager and Crumbl headquarters to understand and achieve P&L goals and stay in compliance with all operational requirements and minimum standards
- Delegating responsibilities and supervising business operations
- Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assess employee performance, and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities.
- Resolving conflicts or complaints from customers and employees.
- Monitoring store activity and ensuring it is properly provisioned and staffed.
- Analyzing information and processes and developing more effective or efficient processes and strategies.
- Establishing and achieving business and profit objectives.
- Generating reports and presenting information to upper-level managers or other parties.
- Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures.
- Other duties assigned to ensure the overall health and success of the business.

**Restaurant Responsibilities**
- Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety and Crumbl standards.
- Manages inventory and purchase food and supplies with attention to detail on quality and cost
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports and other documentation as requested by leadership or corporate
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a courteous and diplomatic manner
- Willing to be hands on in the Front and Back of House.
- Lead and maintain a safe and encouraging environment for team members
- Follow Food Safety and Cleanliness Guidelines
- Maintain Proper Quality Parameters
- Have excellent organizational and time management skills
- Maintaining a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are presentable

**Physical Requirements**
- Bust be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Must be able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

**Schedule**:

- Store hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - midnight. Closed Sundays
- General Manager on-site hours will start high as we open the store and get systems worked out, but if managed well should be reduced to a typical 45-50 hour workweek within the first 60 days, with very little of that time actually engaged on on-floor operations (you are not required to work any minimum number of floor hours, as or KPIs and Gross Margins are your primary measures of success)
