**RÔLE**
Travaillant sous la supervision du Directeur groupe conseil, le.la conseiller.ère assure la gestion des projets, des échéanciers, des ressources et des budgets associés à un client national. Cette personne travaillera en collaboration avec des équipes à travers le réseau, principalement à Toronto et à Montréal. Elle est minutieuse, très organisée, à l'aise dans un environnement rapide et capable de jongler avec les priorités. Cette personne est capable de développer de solides relations tant avec ses clients qu'avec ses collaborateurs (stratégie, création, production). Elle est curieuse, innovante et passionnée par le travail créatif et la publicité.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Développer et maintenir une relation de confiance avec le client;
- Élaborer et suivre les plans de projet, les calendriers et les budgets.
- Déterminer les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation des projets;
- Rédiger des_ briefs_ et des réflexions stratégiques;
- Coordonner l’équipe de conception et de production affectée au projet;
- Appliquer le processus de développement des projets;
- Faire le suivi sur la production; Effectuer un contrôle qualité rigoureux du matériel.
- Élaborer et faire le suivi des budgets, des provisions et des échéanciers;
- Évaluer et résoudre les problèmes qui pourraient surgir au cours du mandat;
- Assurer un suivi auprès des clients.
**REQUIS**
- Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée;
- Expérience de 2 à 4 ans en agence;
- Expérience en gestion de projets; campagnes 360 et suivis de production;
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour travailler avec un client nationaux. Collaboration quotidienne avec des collègues et l'équipe client basées à Toronto.

**ROLE**
Reporting to the Group Account Director, the account executive is responsible for managing the projects, timelines, resources and budgets for a national client. This person will work in collaboration with teams across the network, mostly in Toronto and Montreal. They are detail oriented, very organized, at ease in a fast paced environment and able to juggle priorities. This person is able to develop strong relationships with both their clients as well as their collaborators (strategy, creation, production). They are curious, innovative and have a passion for creative work and advertising.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with the client.
- Build and follow up on project plans, timelines and budget.
- Identify the resources required for projects.
- Coordinate between the creative and production teams dedicated to the project.
- Follow up on production. Thorough QA of the material.
- Evaluate and solve problems that could arise during a mandate.
- Follow up with clients.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years of agency experience.
- Project management experience.
- 360 campaigns & production experience
- Fluency in French and English, both spoke
