Role Description The Audiologist/Hearing Aid Specialist will perform comprehensive hearing assessments, provide counseling, manage hearing aid fittings, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires educating patients on their hearing health and offering tailored solutions for hearing improvement. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Edmonton, AB. Qualifications Expertise in hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and providing suitable auditory solutions. Strong interpersonal and counseling skills for educating and supporting patients. Proficiency in patient care and a commitment to providing a patient-centered experience. Knowledge of hearing aid technology and maintaining auditory health equipment. Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team setting. Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Audiologist or Hearing Aid Specialist in Alberta. Relevant educational background, such as a Master's degree in Audiology or completion of an accredited Hearing Aid Practitioner program. Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) is an asset.
