Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health is recruiting for an **eCommerce Portfolio Manager** located in Markham, Ontario.
The** eCommerce Portfolio Manager** role sits within the Connected Commerce Customer Development team and reports to the Pureplay Team Leader. This team is responsible to deliver accelerated eCommerce growth through execution of the end-to-end digital consumer journey. This new role will help accelerate our eCommerce portfolio strategy through J&J brands, pack configuration, and price architecture.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Define the eCommerce portfolio strategy for J&J Canada reflective of both the J&J brands’ and retailer’s strategies and objectives to drive mutual profitable growth.
- Create new product/pack proposals for the eCommerce channel, to be brought to the cross-functional (Marketing/Sales Strategy/Finance/Supply Chain/Trade Customization) team for approval. Project manage approved packs from conception to market.
- Use analytics and forecasting skills to project profit and sales impact of eCommerce portfolio, by brand.
- Collaborate with Digital team to define and shape best in class launch on selected retailer sites through content, search, and display.
- Track results of new products on various eCommerce retailer sites and make recommendations to modify portfolio if/when required.
- Collaborate with Global team to share and co-create portfolio opportunities for select customers.
- Identify emerging eCommerce health & wellness category segments and propose future brand portfolio opportunities. Stay appraised of industry trends to provide insight for the development of product that digital consumers want.
**Qualifications**
**Education**:
- A University degree is required, preferably in Business, Sales or Marketing or another related field.
Experience and Skills:
- Preferred 2-5 years of dynamic sales or marketing experience (strategic customer account management); Consumer Packaged Goods experience preferred
- A grasp of strategic marketing and sales strategy with experience: brand planning/new product development/ pricing and promotion management/project management
- A strong understanding of eCommerce and OMNI channels and development in Canada
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to pull out relevant data points to recognize trends and craft a business story

- Ability to collaborate and lead within a multi-disciplined team structure and sense or urgency to keep to tim
