**HR Recruiter**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with HR supervisor to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions
- Utilize job boards, social media, and networking strategies to attract top talent
- Conduct reference checks and support the offer process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the system
- Assist with onboarding processes, including preparing documentation and coordinating orientation
- Support employer branding initiatives and promote the company as an employer of choice
- Communicate with recruitment agencies to ensure the recommendation meet the requirements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian employment laws

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 1-3 years of recruitment or HR experience, ideally in Oil & Gas corporate or agency settings
- Knowledge of Canadian employment standards and recruitment best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using recruitment websites
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- HR: 1 year (required)
