We are seeking an experienced **Program Coordinator** to oversee and manage the delivery of residential, outreach, private care, and community access programs. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to ensure high-quality services.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree/Diploma in Social Sciences or Business Administration (or equivalent education/experience).
- Minimum **4 years of progressive supervisory experience**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and support staff in program delivery.
- Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Coordinate employee recruitment, training, evaluation, and performance.
- Maintain effective communication with families, providers, and funding sources.
- Ensure safe, organized, and high-quality environments for service delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotation.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to plan, organize, and monitor staff and program operations.
- Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and community resources.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, teamwork, and quality care.
