**About Us**

Panda Luxury Homes is a real estate company specializing in luxury property management, real estate sales, and commercial property services. We are expanding our operations to **Abbotsford** and are looking for a **motivated and licensed Property Manager** to join our team on a **commission-based** structure.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage Rental Properties**: Oversee tenant move-ins/move-outs, rent collection, and lease agreements
- **Client Relations**: Act as the main contact between landlords and tenants, addressing concerns and inquiries
- **Property Maintenance Coordination**: Arrange repairs, inspections, and ensure properties are well-maintained
- **Market Analysis**: Monitor Abbotsford rental trends and provide pricing recommendations
- **Legal Compliance**: Ensure all rental agreements comply with **BC’s Residential Tenancy Act (RTB)**:

- **Independent Operations**: Work remotely with flexible hours, handling property management tasks without daily office visits

**Qualifications**

**BC Property Management License** (required)
**Experience in property management or real estate** (Abbotsford market knowledge is a plus)
Strong **communication and negotiation skills**
Ability to **work independently and manage multiple properties**
Familiarity with **BC rental laws and tenancy regulations**
**Fluency in Mandarin or Korean is an asset**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
