JOB POSITION
SERVERS
- Greet and seat guests, providing them with menus and explaining daily specials.
- Take food and beverage orders, ensure accuracy, and offer menu recommendations.
- Deliver orders promptly and accurately to guests, addressing any special requests.
- Attend to guest needs, refill drinks, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
- Present checks, process payments, and thank guests for their patronage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including setting and clearing tables.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate the timing of food and drinks.
- Describe menu items and answer questions about ingredients and preparation methods.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and dietary restrictions with professionalism.
- Promote special promotions, up-selling appetizers, desserts, and drinks.
- Handle guest feedback, whether positive or negative, with grace and courtesy.
- Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines, including food safety practices.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down tables, chairs, and dining areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Upsell wine, cocktails, and other beverages to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions.
- Stay updated on menu changes, ingredients, and daily specials.
- Relay special requests and dietary restrictions to the kitchen.
- Contribute to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 2-year experience in a Server role in Fine Dining or Casual-Fine Dining
- Knowledge of food and beverage (Knowledge in Asian Cuisine is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to think on your feet in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Experience in Touch Bistro is asset
- WSET in Wine or Sake is asset
- Work Permit
