**JOB OVERVIEW**:
You will work through a bottom up program learning all aspects of the business beginning with shipping and receiving, then learning how to deliver world class service to our customers over the counter, then expanding your technical knowledge and transitioning into an inside sales role, then fostering your ability to attract new customers in an outside sales role. Upon completion of the program you will 'graduate' into a role that best suits your skillsets and personal preferences.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics**

Understand all aspects of the warehouse involving receiving, damage claims, staging orders for customers, shipping material in a timely and accurate manner, and keeping the warehouse clean and organized.

**Phase 2 - Counter Sales**

**Phase 3 - Inside Sales**

Support our customers as well as EMCO teammates focused on growing and maintaining established customer relationships, ultimately enhancing sales, margin and profit sharing. Prospect for new customers over the counter or using outbound calling campaigns. Provide quotes for our customers and follow-up within a reasonable time-frame.

**Phase 4 - Operations Support**

Process all funds received and complete the appropriate report, invoice customer accounts daily, file paperwork in an organized manner, become a master of purchasing submitting purchase orders, expediting purchase orders when required, and constantly learn about new products to purchase.

**Phase 5 - Outside Sales/Account Management**

Learn how to find new business opportunities, sell our products, negotiate contracts, and build customer and vendor relationship.

**TRAINING/PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT**
- The new teammate will be mentored by the management team throughout their development and train directly with the people involved in their current stage of development
- The new teammate will be responsible for ongoing training in product knowledge as well as participating in internal training programs
- Continual training is an integral part of our culture

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
