**About Revolution Soccer**:
Revolution Soccer is a private recreational organization dedicated to serving community soccer clubs across Canada. We specialize in creating top-tier soccer programs, enhancing player development, and elevating the quality of coaching through innovative training and support systems.

**Position Overview**:
The Director of Soccer Programs and Player Development will oversee all soccer programs within the organization, ensuring excellence in program design, implementation, and coach development. This role is integral to shaping the future of soccer in the communities we serve, requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for the sport.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Program Development**:

- Create, manage, and evaluate all Revolution Soccer programs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for existing and new programs.
- **Technical Development**:

- Provide ongoing technical development for Revolution Soccer coaching staff.
- Recruit and retain top-tier professional coaches.
- **Budget and KPIs**:

- Prepare and manage program budgets ranging from $150,000 to $300,000.
- Establish and track key performance indicators for program success.
- **Club Contracts**:

- Negotiate contracts with community soccer clubs to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Oversee 5-15 contracted coaches, ensuring alignment with program goals and standards.

**Qualifications**:
**Credentials**:

- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certificate

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.

**Security & Safety Requirements**:

- Criminal Record Check
- Driving Record Check

**Transportation**:

- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel frequently

**Work Setting**:

- Serving community soccer organizations
- Based within a private recreational organization

**Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities**:

- Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and prioritization.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Occasional overtime required.

**Qualifications**:

- Must hold a degree in related field - sports management or coaching.
- Must have 1-2 years experience in Programs management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Program management: 2 years (required)
