**Job Overview**:
As a **Project Administrator**, you’ll be the backbone of our project operations—coordinating schedules, supporting project managers, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from the first site visit to final completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support project managers in planning, coordinating and executing landscaping projects
- Track project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Prepare project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and reports
- Schedule and confirm site visits, deliveries, and inspections
- Assist with procurement and material tracking
- Maintain organized project records and databases

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in project administration or coordination (landscaping, construction, or related industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of landscaping processes and terminology is an asset

**Education**:

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Construction Management, Horticulture, or a related field preferred
