**Foreman for Pools and Landscaping**:
**Location**: Edmonton, Alberta

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead the team in pool and landscaping projects
- Interpret elevations, plot plans, and surveying data to ensure proper project execution
- Manage resources, tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety on-site
- Monitor project timelines, quality, and budget
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff
- Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in pool construction or landscaping, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proficient in reading and interpreting elevations, plot plans, and survey data
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of pool construction, landscaping, and grading techniques
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
