We are a team centred on continuous improvement—stopping to fix problems and getting quality right the first time — always learning new methods — and steadily growing customer relationships. We aim to be the best by fostering employee creativity and problem-solving to generate excellent techniques and service. We place the highest value on our team members and believe in developing leaders from within the company.
Are you ready to level up your career and join a top-tier landscaping company serving the Greater Edmonton region? Look no further because we’re searching for an intermediate-level Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our team and help us tackle a wide range of landscaping projects - from serene water features to sparkling pools, from lush synthetic turf to top-of-the-line supplies sales and grounds maintenance.
We’re looking for an intermediate-level Project Coordinator/Administrator to join our team and help us tackle the challenges of scheduling crews, approving hours, performing job-costing calculations, researching and purchasing materials, generating purchase orders, and more. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be a Google Office Suite expert, particularly in Google Sheets (excel), and ideally have some experience with project management software like Aspire. But most importantly, you’ll need to be a quick thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a talent for adapting to new tools and technologies.
While experience in the landscaping or construction industry is certainly a bonus, we believe that a keen interest in our business and a commitment to hard work and growth are even more important. As a team member, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment where flexibility and adaptability are critical skills.
