We take pride in our commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovative designs, and solutions for our clients. We are seeking a reliable and dynamic individual to join our team as a **Lead Hand.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate a team of snow removal and landscapers to efficiently complete projects
- Work alongside team members to perform different snow removal and landscaping projects.
- Operate pickup truck and trailer to transport equipment and materials to job sites.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any concerns.
- Ensure that all work is completed safely and to high-quality standards
- Provide guidance and training to team members as needed

**Requirements**:

- Ability to use various software programs for time management, job costing, and safety purposes (Aspire, Site Docs, etc.)
- Minimum two years of experience in landscaping or similar as lead Lead Hand, with leadership experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate pickup truck and trailer and skid steer safely
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of landscaping and snow removal techniques and materials
- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Monday to Friday
- Winter: night and day shifts. Spring and summer, day shifts.
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Landscape maintenance: 2 years (preferred)
