Olivier's Breads is a Coquitlam based manufacturer of quality baked breads. We currently have an immediate job opening for a Bookkeeper/ Receptionist. Full time and Permanent position.

Accounts Receivable
- Getting customers orders and providing excellent customer service
- Prepare customer invoices, credit and debit notes
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with drivers and customers
- Print and send customer statements
- Collection calls
- Assist in reconciliation and month-end procedures

Accounting
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Inventory
- Assist in accruals and fixed asset reconciliation
- Prepare deposit package
- Others

Receptionist and Admin tasks
- Answering phone calls
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, prepare and sort out invoicing
- Filing
- Other tasks

Preferred qualifications:

- Basic Accounting diploma or degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
- Proficient in Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills
- Detail-oriented, hard-working, friendly, and supportive attitude
- Ability to multi-task and takes ownership and accountability for work performed
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to enter data accurately and timely
- Willing to learn and quick learner
- Read, write and speak English fluent
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
