**Job Summary**:
Canlan Sports is looking for all-around team players who can play a pivotal role in the delivery of some of the top youth hockey tournaments in North America. As the **Tournament Coordinator,** you will be onsite at the youth hockey tournaments as the convener and timekeeper, while also providing superb customer service. **Accountabilities**:

- Tournament execution _(convener & timekeeper)_
- Organize and track inventory of supplies
- Staff supervision; managing and overseeing game officials and referees
- Customer service and general inquires
- Support social media team with content and images of players and teams
- Inter-facility communication as needed
- On-site tournament delivery
- Other duties as required

**Abilities, Attributes and Experience**:

- Willingness to work weekends _(Friday - Sunday)_
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team oriented with GREAT communication skills.
- Can handle coaching and constructive critiquing of performance.
- Strong customer service qualities, including phone etiquette.
- Good understanding of hockey tournament rules.
- Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Search required.
- Minimum one year of experience in a hockey related field in an operations capacity.
- Enrollment in (or graduation from) a university or college in the Sports Leisure Administration field
