We are seeking a polished and service-focused **Banquet Manager** to oversee all banquet operations at our private golf club. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution—ensuring exceptional service, elegant presentation, and the highest level of member satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and inspire banquet staff to deliver seamless service in alignment with the club’s hospitality standards.
- Plan and execute a diverse range of events including member socials, golf tournaments, private family functions, weddings, corporate outings, and religious celebrations (e.g., Bar/Bat Mitzvahs).
- Work directly with members and hosts to tailor events to their preferences, from menu customization to room layout and service style.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Supervise event setup, service, and teardown, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and professionally presented.
- Manage banquet inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed while staying within budget guidelines.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate banquet team members to ensure peak performance and professionalism.
- Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly and courteously to uphold the club’s standards of excellence.
- Ensure all banquet activities comply with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing banquets or events in a private club, luxury hotel, or high-end catering environment.
- Demonstrated success overseeing formal events, social celebrations, and tournament hospitality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a member-focused approach.
- Strong team leadership with a focus on training and mentoring service staff.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to event details and logistics.
- Familiarity with food handling protocols and event safety standards.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Catering or fine dining service experience is an asset.
