**THE ROLE**
We’re looking for a dedicated barista who values craft and hospitality. You’ll join a skilled team focused on preparing top-quality beverages and building strong connections with our community. We're seeking someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into leadership or specialized roles as we scale.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
To maintain high standards, we have a set of core requirements for this role:

- Barista certification and extensive industry experience
- Strong understanding of specialty coffee and how it differs from commercial coffee
- Skilled in espresso dialing, grinding, milk steaming, and basic latte art
- Confident with pour over methods
- Strong communication skills and ability to guide customers through our offerings
- High attention to detail and consistency in execution

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Dial in and prepare espresso to a consistent standard
- Educate customers on brewing methods, origin stories, and flavor profiles
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Process orders and payments efficiently
- Handle feedback and ensure each customer has a great experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
