**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**REQUIREMENTS**

We do hold our minimum requirements which we request from all our applicants very seriously to ensure that we can continuously and consistently provide the highest quality products possible.

Minimum requirements will include a barista certification and overall extensive experience in the coffee industry. However, we will still keep your data on file for future consideration once you have met the minimum requirements we need.
- Solid understanding of the differences between specialty and commercial coffee
- Barista certification and extensive experience in the coffee industry
- Proficiency in coffee extraction, grinding, milk steaming, and basic latte art
- Strong communication skills and ability to recommend products based on customer preferences
- Must have a good understanding of pour over
- Strong attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality in every beverage prepared

**DUTIES**
- Dial in espresso and maintain consistency in coffee preparation
- Educate customers on brewing methods, coffee origins, and flavour profiles
- Maintaining coffee equipment regularly to ensure a clean and organized workspace
- Monitor and manage inventory levels
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer feedback and ensure a positive experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
