- **We are currently recruiting for a Linehaul Dispatch Supervisor for Afternoon Shifts (3:00 p.m.11:30 p.m.) and Night Shifts (11:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m.) **_(**Hiring
- Immediately**)

**Whom you are reporting to**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations in the Linehaul Dispatch Department as well as assist with P&D dispatch duties and also planning and forecasting of linehaul schedules
- Dispatching functions to company Drivers, 3rd Party Carriers and Owner/Operators across
- Review operational efficiencies and effect change as necessary in order to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and cost efficiencies. Also, recommending, implement and maintain performance and productivity measurements
- Communicate professionally with internal and external customers in order to resolve service
- Responsible for Customs Clearances, including setting up ACI and ACE.
- Schedule repairs and maintenance for equipment.
- Ensure Drivers and Carriers follow Company Safety Policies and Procedures for example: HOS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods, etc
- Completion of daily reports

**Qualifications include**:

- **Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in a transportation dispatch environment specially with Linehaul Department.**
- Strong leadership, management and analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Professional verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in French is an asset)
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Gmail and Excel
- Ability to work flexible hours (afternoons, evenings and weekends) as necessary
- High School or equivalent
- Ministry of Transportation regulations
- Knowledge of Transportation Operating Systems
