We also produce several other ciders that are widely available in the LCBO and Grocery channel, such as Thornbury Cranberry Apple Cider, Thornbury Honeycrisp Apple Cider, and Thornbury Wild Blueberry Elderflower Apple Cider. We offer additional ciders at our on-site Retail Store and Tap Room in Thornbury Ontario. We pride ourselves on using only top-quality ingredients and 100% fresh-pressed Ontario apples.
Our brewery in Thornbury produces a wide selection of beers made in the heart of the Blue Mountains. Our Thornbury Pilsner has twice been awarded the World’s Best Lager Czech-Style Pale at the World Beer Awards. Our portfolio of craft beers can be found at the LCBO, in the Grocery channel and in bars and restaurants across Ontario.
In addition, we represent a range of international brands such as Bacalhôa Vinhos de Portugal, Warsteiner Brewery from Germany, Frisky Zebra from South Africa and a number of other international beverage alcohol suppliers.

**The Headlines**
In this new role of KAM/Strategic Lead Grocery & New Channels working in Mississauga you will be part of the Colio/Thornbury Sales Team. This role is responsible for the development and execution of Colio/Thornbury’s growth plans across the new modernized Ontario beverage alcohol landscape of Grocery with a future focus on emerging channels. The KAM/Strategic Lead will develop and execute annual sales plans at the customer level.
This role will be the resident customer expert and represent the customer needs across Colio/Thornbury and be responsible for delivering short-term and mid-term sustainable profit and volume growth for Colio/Thornbury while also achieving the Customers stated goals.
**The Responsibilities**:
- Deliver Colio/Thornbury volume, share and profit targets
- Lead development of joint business plans and Colio/Thornbury cross functional customer plans
- Lead development of customer strategy and provide thought leadership on development and execution of Colio/Thornbury assortment strategy, promotional pricing and promotional plans primarily within the grocery channel (80% focus) but with a secondary focus on new channels and customers (20% focus)
- Leverage shopper, category, customer, brand and channel insights in the development of plans.
- Recommend and develop, in conjunction with marketing, specific customer/channel/brand plans
- Develop and deliver the annual plan and lead the development of supplementary plans to offset any gaps
- Act as the primary point of contact with grocery channel customers
- Manage and execute assigned customer budgets
- Communicate/coordinate with wholesale sales team (and other departments) where appropriate to execute customer/brand plans
- Manage business activities within all regulatory policies
- Champion the “Voice of the Customer” within Colio/Thornbury
**The Other Qualifications**:

- You are confident and competent. You are diplomatic, professional and exercise great judgment in developing and maintaining excellent business relationships within the business
- You are serious about results, and take pride in a proven track record in delivering
- You have a minimum of 4-5 years of sales experience in a packaged goods environment within the grocery sector
- You are data driven with a strong analytical bend and innately curious to understand the why
- You have a bachelor's degree with a preference for business related program
- You are willing to travel regularly within Ontario (15% - 20%)
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
