As a growth by acquisition company, Crown Aviation Holdings Inc. (“**Crown Aviation**” or the “**Company**”), was founded to consolidate the deeply fragmented Canadian aviation industry. Preserving the brands, management, and day-to-day operating teams of the companies we acquire, our "hands off" approach as non-operating investor owners allows us to focus on developing a balanced and diversified portfolio of superior Canadian aviation companies without interfering in the operations of our portfolio companies. Targeting those in the Essential Air Services, Sales and Leasing, and Aerospace segments of the Canadian aviation industry, our mandate is to acquire profitable businesses with long histories of operational and financial success and stellar safety records. Operating at scale, our model is to grow by acquisition aggregating profits from across the portfolio thereby developing a robust and investable portfolio consisting of tangible aviation assets collectively generating outsized returns for our shareholders while serving as a vital link in the nation’s supply chain. **About the Role**: As President you will serve as an essential member of our executive management team. Responsible for the performance of all acquired companies, you will report to the Company’s CEO, CFO, and the Board of Directors as our aviation expert and primary point of contact with each operating entity under the larger Crown Aviation Holdings umbrella. In addition to the financial and underlying operating performance of each company in our portfolio, you will ensure the needs of our subsidiaries and each respective operating team are resourced and ensuring sound and safe operations while unwaveringly enforcing safety plans and conducting yourself with the highest level of moral, ethical, and professional standards and in compliance with all regulatory standards, without exception. You must have a deep understanding of the Canadian aviation industry, strong leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices with expertise in the Essential Air Services, Sales and Leasing, and Aerospace segments. **Key Responsibilities**: Serving as the Company’s President, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and Board of Directors to develop and execute the Company's growth by acquisition mandate and related long-term growth plans. - Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including Essential Air Services, Sales and Leasing, and Aerospace segments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. - Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, streamlining processes without disrupting or interfering with operations, and optimize resource allocation. - Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, performance, and continuous improvement. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and industry partners, and suppliers. - Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for expansion and growth especially as relates to the identification of new takeover targets. - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and mitigate operational risks by working collaboratively with Transport Canada, and other similar government and non-government agencies. - Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for the CEO, CFO, and the Board of Directors, providing insights into operational performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives of each respective portfolio company. - Develop and refine post-closing integration plans to efficiently normalize acquired companies into our portfolio of aviation companies. - Maintain a high level of employee morale and motivation while leading with the Company with the highest ethical standards as the main point of contact for all portfolio companies. - Work with the CFO to develop realistic and attainable budgets allocating resources in favor of activities likely to reliably generate long-term success. - Ensure the day-to-day business affairs of portfolio companies are provided for by implementing processes and controls ensuring operating targets and financial goals and objectives are achieved. - Formulate, implement, and oversee major corporate policies throughout the entire portfolio of companies designed to safeguard operations, preserve revenues, and saf
