We are currenting looking for an experienced part time cook to join our team for our Breakfast Buffet.Our full buffet which includes an omelette station provided to all hotel guests including bus tour guests.Must be available on weekends for early morning start time.
Job Responsibilities:Open up each morning preparing and organizing the Omelette Station to start serving. Prepare all foods needed on the buffet for the day and pre-prep food for the following day. Working independently & as a team in a fast-paced environment and taking initiative to keep the service area and Omelette station organized, efficient, and prepped. Dishwashing duties may also be necessary. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment as well as being knowledgeable in proper food handling, storage, and labeling. Daily cleaning is required.
Job Skills: Experience in a kitchen or food service environment is an asset. Must have good time management skills and the ability to multi
- task and handle multiple priorities at once. Experience in proper food handling, food preparation technique is required. Skillfully use fryers, hand tools, grill.
