Niagara's Finest Hotels is currently seeking a full time Breakfast Cook to join our growing team

Situated in the heart of Niagara, this is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in one of Niagara's top kitchens

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given

opportunity.
- Prepares and cooks items for breakfast buffet and the lunch a la carte menu.
- Sets up line for the lunch buffet when required and cooks all menu items on a

daily basis.
- Work in and maintain a clean environment.
- Assists in the preparation of stocks and soups as required under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Grade 12 or equivalent experience.
- Excellent eye-hand coordination and fine motor skills for cutting, chopping and arrangement of meals on plate.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Current Safe Food Handler’s Certificate.
- Basic literary skills.

**Salary**: $16.65-$18.79 per hour
